Vincent The Barber

Every Wednesday off I go to the barber – don’t you know
He does nothing but rip and tear – swiggle me round in his barber’s chair
Says I won’t have any hair by seven years old
Vincent Vincent can be rawther cold

Every Wednesday I dread – Vincent messing with my head
Blindly clips and chats a while – grabs my hair in a careless pile
Into some old fashioned style – I don’t appreciate
Vincent Vincent’s rawther out of date

Vincent please don’t be upset
Think how “with it” you could get
A quick flick through a magazine
Y’any idea what I mean?

Vincent learned the barber’s trade – once he must’ve made the grade
Maybe I just drive him crazy – maybe age has made him lazy
Vincent should retrain – as every barber should
Vincent really could be rawther good
